Like branches of a tree, we are essential for bringing life and health to the whole tree. We are also strengthened from what the roots and trunk provide. Basically, the whole tree needs every part to live in health and this is so true for us! You're invited to be life-giving and receive life by joining and committing to a small group for the first session. One of the best things about the Christian life is that we are meant to do it together for the sake of everyone - it is only good! So you don't even have to pray about it to see if it's right for you - it just is!
Our next Discovery Day is on Wednesday, April 30th. This is for anyone who is new to Lifetree and interested in learning more about what we're all about AND for anyone who has been coming to Lifetree and is interested in becoming a member of our church.
Discovery is a course where we will be discussing our Core Values and beliefs as well as our church history and formation. So, if you have any questions like “How does Lifetree work?”, “Why does everything have to do with trees?”, “What does ‘Root to Fruit’ even mean?” this course is for you!
For 15 years, the Miracle League of Mercer County has served NJ in providing fully inclusive baseball programs to individuals with special needs. This month we will be helping as Buddies – or “Angels in the Outfield”! As a buddy, you provide one-on-one assistance to a Miracle League player. This can include helping players swing a bat, run/walk the bases, have a catch, and protect/provide safety. Sign-ups are required!
Baptism is a significant step in a person's spiritual journey, and we're thrilled to be a part of this special moment for those taking this step of faith. It's a time of renewal, commitment, and a chance to publicly declare your faith.
Baptism involves openly declaring your belief in Jesus and expressing your sincere dedication to following Him before the world. It’s a willingness to yield to God and declare publicly that you believe in His love for you.
If you are interested in getting baptized or have questions about any part of it, please join us on May 18th right after service for a baptism info class. Our next baptism service will be on Sunday, May 25th during service!
Save the date for Robbinsville's Community Day on June 7th. We'll be coming together to help the township set up for its annual festival. We are looking for volunteers to help with setting up, running the booth, and tearing down. We'll need all hands on deck for this event, so sign up today!
On Sunday, June 22nd, we will be having one of our favorite services of the year! Adult & Teen Challenge New Jersey will be joining us again this year to share their stories of transformation. Adult & Teen Challenge is a residential Christian rehabilitation center for young people with life-controlling problems, primarily substance abuse. Addiction is not the end. There is hope. Please consider bringing a friend or family member to this powerful service.
